Welcome to Dear Scribbles ("Dear Scribbles", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our personalised jewellery and keepsakes.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

- The information you provide is accurate and complete.

- You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Personalised Products

All Dear Scribbles products are made to order based on the artwork, photographs, handwritten notes or information provided by the customer.

As every keepsake is individually personalised:

- Minor variations may occur during production.

- Colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.

- The final product may differ slightly from the uploaded artwork due to manufacturing limitations and the handcrafted nature of the product.

These variations are not considered defects.

Artwork Submission

By uploading artwork or images, you confirm that:

- You own the artwork or have permission from the copyright owner to use it.

- The uploaded artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

- You grant Dear Scribbles permission to reproduce the artwork solely for the purpose of producing your personalised keepsake.

You remain the owner of your original artwork.

Dear Scribbles will not use your artwork for marketing purposes without your permission.

Ordering

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Please ensure that all information, including names, addresses, engraving details and uploaded artwork, is accurate before submitting your order.

Customers are responsible for any errors submitted during checkout or artwork upload.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be updated without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees and promotional discounts will be displayed during checkout.

Payment

We accept payment through the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will only enter production after successful payment has been received.

Production & Delivery

Every Dear Scribbles keepsake is individually handcrafted to order.

Estimated production and delivery times are:

- Singapore: Approximately 30 days

- International: Approximately 45 days depending on destination country

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping

Shipping charges and free shipping thresholds are displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by their destination country.

Dear Scribbles is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services.

Cancellations

Because our products are personalised, orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has commenced.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist where production has not yet begun.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect artwork supplied by the customer

- Incorrect spelling or information provided during checkout

- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially differs from your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement or other suitable resolution

Product Care

Customers are responsible for caring for their jewellery in accordance with our Care Instructions.

Natural wear, scratches, tarnishing of sterling silver and accidental damage are not manufacturing defects.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, product designs and logos, belongs to Dear Scribbles or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dear Scribbles shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential losses

- Delays caused by third-party courier services

- Customs delays

- Customer-uploaded errors

- Events beyond our reasonable contro

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
