How long will I take to receive?

Each piece takes about 30 days in Singapore, 45 days internationally.

What are shipping costs?

Shipping rates vary by region; free shipping applies on orders above set thresholds.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your keepsake is shipped out to you, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

We will only send via tracking service. Contact us promptly if your address is incorrect or delivery fails.

What if my parcel is lost?

Are customs fees included?

Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, depending on your country.

Every Dear Scribbles keepsake is individually handcrafted from your child's original artwork. As each piece is made to order, production and delivery times differ from standard retail products.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Production Time

Every order is handcrafted specifically for you after your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Our estimated production time is included within our delivery estimates below.

As every keepsake is personalised, production cannot be expedited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Singapore: Approximately 30 days from order confirmation to delivery.
International Order: Approximately 45 days from order confirmation to delivery, depending on the destination country.

Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes only and are not guaranteed. It may arrive earlier. We will inform if it may be later than expected.

- Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Malaysia & Brunei

- Standard Tracked Shipping: S$10

- Free Shipping on orders S$200 and above

Asia Pacific

- Standard Tracked Shipping: S$15

- Free Shipping on orders S$200 and above

Rest of the World

- Standard Tracked Shipping: S$25

- Free Shipping on orders S$200 and above

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Where available, tracking information will be included so you can monitor your parcel's delivery progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Customs inspections or clearance

- Airline or international freight delays

- Courier service disruptions

- Public holidays

- Severe weather conditions

- Natural disasters

- Industrial action

- Other unforeseen events

Dear Scribbles is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Dear Scribbles cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Refused Deliveries

Very important for international orders.

If a parcel is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes or import fees, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred before the parcel can be resent.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided during checkout, Dear Scribbles shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery.

Peak Season Notice

During peak seasons, promotional campaigns or public holidays, production and delivery times may be longer than our usual estimates. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional transit time beyond our standard estimates.

International Shipping Availability

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Failed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to complete delivery due to:

- An incorrect address,

- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts,

- Failure to collect the parcel from a designated collection point, or

- Refusal to pay applicable customs duties or taxes,

the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be shipped again.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us

We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and provide updates throughout the investigation.

Please note that investigation timeframes vary depending on the courier and destination country.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

- Take photographs of the parcel before opening it where possible.

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Include your order number and photographs of both the packaging and the product.

We will assess each case individually and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
