1. What kind of drawings can I use?

You can upload almost any child's original drawing, including stick figures, handprints, doodles, handwritten notes or simple sketches. We recommend using a clear photo or scan taken in good lighting.

2. What products can my drawing be made into?

We currently offer personalised necklaces, bracelets and keychains, each custom-made from your child's original drawing.

3. Should I choose stainless steel or 925 sterling silver?

Both options are crafted with the same care and precision using your child's original drawing. The difference lies in the material and the wearing experience.

    To help you maintain its shine, every sterling silver piece includes a complimentary polishing cloth.
    With occasional polishing, your keepsake will continue to look beautiful for years to come.

4. How long does delivery take?

Each keepsake is made to order. Please allow approximately 30 days for production and delivery within Singapore, and around 45 days for international orders, depending on the destination country.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We provide worldwide tracked shipping.

6. Will my child's drawing look exactly the same?

We carefully preserve the unique character of every drawing, including its original lines and little imperfections, so your keepsake stays true to the artwork you submitted.

7. Can I use more than one drawing?

Yes. If you'd like to combine multiple drawings or add names, dates or handwriting, please contact us before placing your order.

8. Can I add engraving?

Depending on the product, you can personalise your keepsake with names, dates or meaningful messages.

9. Is the jewellery suitable for everyday wear?

Yes. Our stainless steel jewellery is highly durable and resistant to tarnishing. Sterling silver is also suitable for regular wear with proper care.

10. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every keepsake is custom-made from your own artwork, personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

11. How should I care for my keepsake?

Clean gently with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place when not in use. Sterling silver may require occasional polishing to maintain its shine.

12. What if I'm unsure whether my drawing is suitable?

Simply contact us before ordering. We'll be happy to advise whether your artwork is suitable and recommend the best product for your design.
